i, as the artist:

  • Maintain the right to post my artworks in any form with credit to your character(s)

  • Maintain the right to use commissions when advertising (ask if this isn't wanted)

  • Maintain the right to deny any commissions i am not comfortable doing

  • Keep fullpage watermark displayed until full payment

you, as the client:

  • Pay full payment when asked, I won't finish a commission without a deposit or send a final copy without a full payment

  • will NOT use my artworks for profit, however for personal use is okay.

  • May alter your commission in slight ways, such as editing it for rentries or cropping

  • May post your commissions on your own sites or to others! link it back to my tiktok or this carrd

  • WILL NOT FEED MY ARTWORK INTO AI

work flow

Commissions should look something like this, depending on what's being asked forYou message with basics of what you'd like:
reference/TH/AF, picrew or detailed description + anything you think important to mention → discussion of specifics (my availability, your budget, extra costs, etc) → i supply estimated priceCHECKPOINT 1:
I supply sketch (fully watermarked) → you ask for any composition changes
IF COMMISSION ABOVE $10: → you supply your email for base price deposit → base price is paid → i continue commissionCHECKPOINT 2:
I supply line/cleaned up sketch (fully watermarked) → you ask for any major changes to outfit/face/ect → updated artwork is sent until your happy with how it looksCHECKPOINT 3:
i supply flatcoloured/unrendered artwork (fully watermarked) → ask for any lighting/colour changesCHECKPOINT 4:
i supply finished artwork - low quality, fully watermarked → you supply email for payment (if not given in checkpoint 1) → pay full price/rest of deposit → once money is received, i will supply full quality artwork without full watermark (still signed)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
i am a student, and value my studies . whenever i am unable to complete a commission within a week - i will let you know in checkpoint 1.wait times fluctuate greatly. generally total wait time for finished piece is a week or less.
